Can I Cancel/Change My Order?
You are able to cancel or amend your order within 30 minutes after your order was placed, if you selected Standard Delivery, by sending an email to email@example.com
This is a dedicated amendment/cancellation email address and is regularly monitored.
Unfortunately if you have selected Express Delivery, or it is after the 30 minute timescale since you placed your order, we are not able to cancel or amend the order, as it will have been sent for processing.

The sizing is 'true to size' but if you are unsure, we would recommend you order up a size.
We are proud to offer fast worldwide shipping. All packages are shipped via Fedex or Royal Mail. Items shipped outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by My Rocking Kids.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Fedex to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United Kingdom.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

Your use of the Website indicates your unconditional agreement that you accept the Terms in effect at the time of usage regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us or order from the Website. Placing An Order You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. We will send you an order acknowledgement by email, detailing the products you have ordered.
Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
We may refuse to accept an order: (a) Where goods are not available (b) Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment (c) If there has been a pricing or product description error (d) If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions (e) If the order is to be delivered outside of the United Kingdom. (f) If your order for personalised products contains content which is threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience.
We cannot sell alcoholic products to anyone under 18. For this reason, we may refuse an order or refuse to make a delivery at our discretion. By placing an order you confirm that both you and the person the order is to be delivered to, are aged 18 years or over.
Our Prices All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates.
Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website.
From time to time we will review our pricing structure.
We will deliver the Products ordered by you to the address, which you provide when you place your order. If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we are not liable for any items which have not been received.
Dispatch times are product dependant, with each product page identifying the average time to dispatch. MRK products on average take between 10-15 working days, and non MRK X products, the average dispatch time is 10-20 working days. Our normal working hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm. We only dispatch orders during these times. All delivery and dispatch timescales quoted on the website do not include weekends and have been included as indicative timescales, actual timescales may differ due to events and conditions outside the control of My Rocking Co Limited.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date unless the item has been upgraded to a guaranteed delivery service. We cannot accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries as ultimately this element of the service is provided not by My Rocking Co Ltd but our courier partners. Orders can not be cancelled once they have been placed. However, the order can be returned for a full refund once delivered.
Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, some offshore islands and some remote areas of Great Britain may not be covered by our normal delivery services and so we may have to contact you to advise you of extra postal charges.
If you do not receive Products ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email at email@example.com of the problem within 30 days of the date on which you ordered the products.
In the event that we reproduce an item for you and subsequently the original is returned as undelivered by Royal Mail, we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee up to 100% of the sales price of the reproduced product.
We reserve the right to request customer wait up to 40 working days from the date of despatch before replacing an undelivered item. Once again this is because we do not provide the delivery service therefore the responsibility of the order transfers to the courier or supply partner transporting your item.
If you wish to cancel your order, we must be notified within 30 minutes of placing the order. However, you have the legal right to return your order within 30 days of it being received, however this does not cover personalised or perishable goods. Your right to cancel can be exercised by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or in writing to: My Rocking Co Ltd, My Rocking Kids, Unit E11 The Seedbed Centre Essex, London IG10 3TQ.
Your right to return goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances: A) For the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications (this includes sizing and customisation) or is clearly personalised. B) For the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines.
Returns and Exchange
Your rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances: (a) Any products that we have made, personalised or customised specifically for you (for the avoidance of doubt this includes all clothing items as these are made to order). (b) Where, in our opinion, you have not taken reasonable care of goods whilst in your possession. (c) If you have made a spelling mistake on your order and it has been sent for production. (d) If you have selected an incorrect size.
If you return an item because of an error on our part, or because it is defective, we will happily provide either a replacement and/or refund the full value of the item and your costs in returning it to us.
The item(s) must be returned in the condition in which you received it within 30 days of delivery. By the very individual nature of personalised products, they cannot be re-sold, and therefore we cannot accept returns if you have a change of mind.
We regret that postage and packing costs for unwanted items cannot be refunded.
Please note: * You have a duty to return the item to us and the cost of doing so is your responsibility, except if the item is faulty or does not comply with the contract. * The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery. Discounts If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level. We will not honour any discount codes if they have not been applied before your order has been placed and confirmed.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

How Do I Return My Order?
We are happy for you to return unwanted goods within 30 DAYS from the date of delivery.
Due to the current Coronavirus pandemic, for the safety and well being of our staff and customers, we are following strict government guidelines with regards to the return of products.
Therefore, please note, the following rules apply regarding returns, which is in line with official UK Government guidance :-
Items must be returned with all original tags attached
Items returned must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging
Items must be clean, and in a re-saleable condition
Any item returned in an unacceptable condition (including makeup stains, with loose hairs etc), will not be accepted, and the full order will be returned back to you via Royal Mail 48.
Please note it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely to us and the customer must pay the return postage costs.
Upon receiving the returned goods, and if the items are returned as per our return guidelines, we will issue an exchange, or refund to your original method of payment less the original postage costs
The returns form can be downloaded and printed using the link below; this needs to be included in the returns parcel so we can locate your order upon arrival. It is essential that all items are returned in the original packaging, unworn, and in their original condition.
For MRK X products, if required, we can offer an exchange service. Please write clearly what size you would like in exchange on the returns form. Clearance items are not eligible for exchange.
All items must be returned within 30 days of the order being received.
Please note that Personalised Items are non returnable. We recommend using a Second Class Signed For service.
Where Is My Order

To get the absolute best price and quality, we source some of our non MRK X products from our carefully selected partners from the UK, Europe and around the world, and this does mean that, as stated on our website, for most of our products we publish a lead time of between 1-4 weeks.
MRK X Products
MRK X items are exclusive to My Rocking Kids and manufactured in our London head office, delivery will be between 10-14 working days. To see a full range of our MRK X products, please see the link here -
Please note, Personalised items are NOT eligible for return or refund. Please make sure to double check spelling before placing your order.
By the very individual nature of Personalised products, they cannot be re-sold, and therefore we cannot accept returns if you have a change of mind.

To speed up the delivery process we often split orders up into multiple parcels and deliveries.
If your order contains an MRK X product, this may be sent separately, ahead of the rest of your order.
